10" deep curtain wall encloses St. Jude's new assembly area, which is loaded with various steel profiles to resist the 30 PSF design pressures specified. The structural connections at the curtain wall head required a custom designed and engineered angled slip anchor to account for 2" of dynamic roof movement. This also posed a unique challenge for a perimeter joint, which was overcome using a combination of Tremco's ETA System 1 and System 3.

A continuous ribbon of printed glazing was supplied by Standard Bent Glass of Butler, PA. The custom Dip-Tech ceramic printed frit is composed of various lines of scripture that is meant to inspire parishioners while using the space.
